三国令活动欺诈消费者，要求赔偿！

我们花98元买的三国令，在活动开始前，天天会强行推送图片宣传，提醒够买三国令活动。可是每次活动结束前没有任何提醒服务，这次更加过分，每月15日结束的三国令活动，提前到12号结束了，就不可以提前也给玩家推送一个活动结束的通知吗？？？
导致我做了一个月的三国令任务，最后错过了兑换和领取奖励机会，98元和一个月的辛苦打了水漂！！！
对于君临天下运营商，为了让玩家够买三国令，天天推送活动图片，可是活动结束前，却不做通知提醒，导致玩家花钱却错过领取奖励机会！这种只卖产品，忽视消费者利益的行为，提出抗议！
你们可以查询数据，我都没有来得及兑换，ID8638058
根据消费者保护法，要求给予10倍赔偿，否则会向监管部门举报。
